This year WATCP will once again be offering a hybrid conference for both in-person and virtual attendees.

All in-person participants, vendors, speakers, and staff will be required to sign a waiver of liability in order to attend the in person event. No exceptions. The waiver must be on file prior to the start of the conference.
Cost for in-person attendance (with virtual access) is $300.00 (or $150 for students). This includes all conference sessions, breakfast, lunch snack on Days 1 & 2, Breakfast on Day 3, and the Meet and Greet on Day 1. A virtual link will be provided to all those with in-person participation registration. Cost for virtual-only participation is $150.00 (or $50 for students).

Leading in this year’s events…

A no-cost Standards 101 training will be held on site on Tuesday, May 3rd from 1 to 5 p.m. This is a free training designed for anyone new to Treatment Courts or any New Treatment court teams. It is being offered both in person and virtually to help newer attendees get the full benefit of advanced topics presented during the conference. If you are unable to attend the full conference, you can register to attend just this 4-hour training.

TAD funding can be used for travel and training related expenses so team members can attend the WATCP Conference in-person or virtually. Any travel restrictions are determined by your local jurisdiction, not by the TAD Grant or DOJ policies.

Continuing education credits will be offered for the following disciplines:
CLEs from State Bar, Judicial Ed credits from the State Court, CEU’s from NASW, and Law Enforcement credits.

Book your lodging

As in the past, guests are responsible for setting up and paying for their lodging directly with the Kalahari. Lodging includes access to the Water park and other resort facilities.

Important information regarding payment and booking at the Kalahari: It is the policy at Kalahari Resorts,to not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, nor Purchase Orders at the time of hotel check-in. They have a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advanced to us at [email protected] or fax them to 608-254-6116. We highly suggest that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so our team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since our Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in. If you have any questions at all, I am attaching a link to our website that will bring you to our general policy page. for the entire resort, that explains our policies in full detail.
