Cognitive Behavioral Interventions are seen as an evidence-based practice and even as the gold standard among criminal justice programming. Often, it is assumed that these interventions can only be administered through lengthy and formal programming like T4C, MRT, or CBI. In fact, case managers can and should integrate brief, efficient, and effective cognitive behavioral interventions on a regular basis with their clients. This workshop will include both theory and hands-on practice with tools and techniques which can be integrated into ongoing case management.
