Objectives of this session include: (1) Learn how to create a Peer Support program in Treatment Court using graduates on a volunteer basis to provide peer support to current participants. (2) Learn how to train Peer Support Mentors based on the State of WI Certified Peer Specialist Core competencies, Scope of Practice, Code of Ethics in combination with Treatment Court rules and guidelines. (3) Learn how to sustain a Peer Support program with a small budget.
